She was engaging, lively, warm and open with delivering the information in a way that kept our attention and interested even through a lot of information and history. We did a free walking tour in Lisbon with Bruno, and to say that he is passionate about what he does would be an understatement. He was truly outstanding—engaging, entertaining, and able to keep the entire group’s attention from start to finish. What we especially appreciated was how he explained Portugal’s history in such a simple and accessible way, making it easy to follow how the country developed over time. Bruno showed us wonderful places around the city and brought them to life with his charisma and enthusiasm. His love for Lisbon and for Portugal really came through in everything he said, and it made the experience feel authentic and memorable. Thanks to him, we feel like we truly understood the city. He didn’t just share facts—he gave us insights and stories that we will carry with us long after the trip. The tour made our stay in Lisbon much more enjoyable and meaningful.
