thank you for your review but this is an highly offensive to insinuate that the guide did not answer your questions to your satisfaction due to your race, we welcome 1000s of people from all over the world,and discriminate to no one. If a guide even gave a hint of racism they would no longer be partnering with us. To claim you could not hear him is total falsehood, every guest is given a wireless headset that has its own volume control and you are asked at the start of the tour if you can hear, you like everyone else stated yes. If something happened to your headset you only had to inform the guide as he carries extras. You complained in the private section of the review that you asked where were the Peace Walls and he directed you, " walk straight past Primark. That is the directions. What did you expect from him. to be taken by your hand and escorted to the location? Your guide Brian has been with us for 10 years has 100s of 5* reviews from people of all races and never have we had to deal with such utter nonsense being posted insinuating racism when his grandchildren are of mixed race.
