We had a great time, Jacob was very charismatic and knowledgeable, we liked how he threw in jokes during the walk. We feel we have learnt a lot about the Roman Empire. I would definitely recommend doing a night time tour.

While we have enjoyed other Guru walks in other cities in this case the guide NEVER SHOWED up
No explanation or follow up apology was offered
Guru management must do better to assure quality and customer satisfaction

We’re sorry to read your review, but unfortunately it does not accurately reflect what happened.
Your booking was rescheduled by you to a date when this tour was not available. As soon as we noticed this, we tried to contact you three separate times through both WhatsApp and the GuruWalk chat to inform you that the tour could not run on that date and to help you find a solution.
Unfortunately, we never received any response.
After several unsuccessful attempts to reach you, we had to reschedule the booking to the following day on the GuruWalk platform. When a booking is rescheduled, GuruWalk automatically sends a notification to the guest, which should have informed you of the new date.
We’re genuinely sorry that you were unable to join the tour, but given the multiple attempts we made to contact you and the automatic notification sent by the platform, we believe this review is misleading and does not reflect the efforts we made to resolve the situation.
Our team always shows up and we take great pride in providing high-quality tours for our guests.
