Was a very nice guy. Gave us the history of the area, recommendations for spots to try and we even got try a little bit of Korean food. Overall was very informative and good way to spend a few hours getting to know the area.
This tour is a cool way to see the lifestyle tied to Seoul’s wealthy and trendy Gangnam district.
Mark has put together a genuinely informative and entertaining tour of the neighborhood where K-Pop began. He’s full of great stories and quirky anecdotes that let you see behind the curtain of Korean culture. We saw places I never would’ve found on my own, walked through a lively food market and sampled a few delicious snacks, took in rooftop views, tried rice wine, and even stopped by a sheep café. Mark offered excellent suggestions for activities and places to eat, drink, and explore after the tour. I especially loved the Nanta Show. I’ve been on a lot of free walking tours, this one is a keeper!
Mark was very friendly and professional. He showed us all the cool places as well as hidden path of Hongdae.
Mark was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The tour was very informative and a great way to know more about Kore and their culture.
