Regarding professionalism, I was also surprised by the situation at the coffee shop where you left without paying for the drinks, which does not reflect appropriate behavior during a guided experience. After I raised the payment issue, you mentioned there was a currency misunderstanding, and later an additional payment was made, which I appreciated. Because of this, the 2★ professionalism and 3★ quality... ratings do not reflect the actual experience delivered because you were satisfied before this 'misunderstanding' happens. Other participants on the same tour were satisfied and respected the agreed experience and contributed according to the platform’s expectations. I remain open to all feedback, but I also expect it to reflect the full context of the experience.
