Good morning Jonathan. As I see you are complaining because you did a 1 hour and 45 minutes walk in a 7 people group tour and you wanted to leave without paying the guide. Just when we started the tour I asked you if you knew how walking tours worked, and you said you did. When you book with Guruwalk you have the info saying that the guide expects a payment done between 10-50€. You where 3 people and wanted to leave paying nothing and now you think you have the right to complain. If people acted like you did and validated this kind of behaveours, guides couldn't keep on doing what they do. Sorry if you felt embarrased because I asked you for paying me because of me doing my job, but your behaveour is a lack of respect to me and all the people who do this.
