Melody was a great tourguide, very funny and knowledgeable on all things Hanoi & food!
We explored different street food places in Hanoi Old Quater that were really great. Without the tour I would not have had the courage to try so many different things. Thanks for Melody for her passionate way of giving us some insights about Vietnamese food culture.
The tour was amazing! We were only six people, which is the max. Melody takes per group, that feels really intimate and like walking with a bunch of friends. She provides so much informations about the Vietnamese culture, the way of living in Hanoi and whole Vietnam. The food was also really delicious too. I would recomend Melody to everyone who want to join a food tour!
I absolutely loved the tour and I think doing this was one of the best idea we had in the whole trip. Melody will shine a light trough many Vietnam culture, food and every day life aspects. She has carefully planned a path and a bi-directional communication style that will keep you engaged from start to finish. She also provide an excellent list of food and main attractions of the city at the end of the walk so that your adventure in the city can continue. We found her food recommendations much more valuable than Google Maps or trip advisors, as latter always privilege places that are closer to western style (and prices), and so not authentic and not as tasty as the real ones.
Melody showed real commitment. Half of the tour cancelled and still she showed up ready for only us. She was very energetic and friendly. Great communicator, showing us local spots with great food. My favorite was the dessert part, this guidance was needed. Highly recommended. Don't miss it if you visit Hanoi
