Although some participants cancelled last minute, Melody was willing to run the tour just for me—and it turned out to be one of the highlights of my time in Hanoi. She guided me through hidden spots I’d never have found on my own like the banks of Red River under the Long Bien Bridge, colourful painting-covered walls, and local restaurants serving dishes far beyond what most tourists would try. Melody’s knowledge of Vietnamese history, excellent English, and positive personality made the experience truly unforgettable. Her passion and warmth shine through, and I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a more personal and meaningful way to explore Hanoi. It is the kind of experience that you rarely come across.
The tour was amazing, Melody was very outgoing, lauging with the kids and explaining everything. She took us to great places, some that we would never have seen without her. We had some food preferances (no pork and seafood) and she built us agreat tour with these restrictions.
