Melody was awesome. Great turn of phrase, good jokes, very skilled in English. She even sent us a list of recommendations for food etc. thoroughly recommend.
This food tour was amazing!! Melody took us to very local spots that had delicious food. Her tour was vey thoughtfully curated and it shows her love for her country. She explained every meal in detail explaining the origin and how it became a staple. I was so impressed on how much we ate with around $6 USD. I would definitely do another tour with Melody if it's available.

Melody was truly amazing. She was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and took us through every location with so much care and detail. What made the experience special was how beautifully she explained the Vietnamese culture, traditions, and the little stories hidden within the city’s corners. She also shared the history of Vietnam in such an engaging and easy-to-understand way. Guys, please go for her tour — she is genuinely an amazing guide. I honestly can’t recommend her enough!!!
If you can only do 1 tour in hanoi I highly recommend Melody! My parents and I really enjoyed the walk but yes you must be prepared to walk :)
