Nurullah gave an excellent overview of the history of the Sultanahmet using pictures of what certain areas looked in the past. He took us to locations off the normal tourist path. He was a committed guide that ensured we enjoyed our visit.

Nurrullah’s tour was outstanding. It was incredibly informative, packed with historical facts as well as many fascinating insights and hidden points of interest. This guide was OUTSTANDING !!!!!! I have been to over 100 countries and this is one of the best guides I have ever had. No one else showed up for the tour , so, it was my wife and myself. We saw everything mentioned on the tour and had time to talk about many things with him. This was about Oct of 2025 and I am shamefully late in writing this review. I highly recommend the tour with him. His knowledge was outstanding and his personality was like he was a family member. You will not regret taking his tour.

We had a fantastic tour with Nurulla! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the history of Istanbul come alive. We visited the Hippodrome, the Blue Mosque, the Obelisk of Theodosius, the Serpent Column, the Obelisk of Constantine, the Sphendone, and the beautiful Sokullu Mehmet Pasha Mosque. He explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and shared interesting stories that made each site even more memorable. I highly recommend Nurulla to anyone wanting to explore Istanbul's rich history! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Grazie mille Nurallah!

Nurullah was very accommodating when I told him we would need to leave a little early and actually moved the start time of the tour by 30 minutes so we would be able to do it completely. It was practically a private tour with just 4 people and we actually got to go inside of the places which was a huge bonus. You see the Blue Mosque, Sokullu Mehmet Pasha (which isn´t a touristic place) and Little Hagia Sofia all inside. Then you spend a fair amount of time with the Obelics just outside the Blue Mosque and the guide goes in to great detail to explain everything. Normally you would just walk past but here you really understand why it is there and what for. We also say the ruins of the Hippodrome. I would highly recommend this tour as it is not the typically one and the guide really knows his stuff.
