Leo was a very friendly and welcoming guide. Since English ist not our first language, it took us a few moments to get used to Leo's English. The tour startet at the harbour and ended at a shrine, so it was not a loop tour. Leo offered many interesting facts and stories on the history of the island and also gave opportunities to take photos. He used the time well to cover many interesting places.

I’m glad I booked this tour. It was fun, guide was very engaging and resourceful, and we returned with a lot of knowledge about Miyajima, not just with the fact that it’s a world heritage.

We had the pleasure to enjoy this tour with Leo on a very hot and crowded sunday in July 26 and had a really good time. The mixture of information and things to see was really great and helped a lot to make the best out of a visit to Miyajima, thanks Leo! 😊

Great tour with surprising sites to visit and even though you have seen enough temples, the ones on this tour still surprise.

Leo was an amazing guide! He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. He explained the history, culture, and spirituality of Miyajima in a clear and engaging way, making every stop interesting and meaningful. He shared fascinating stories, hidden details, and local secrets that we would never have discovered on our own. He also gave us excellent recommendations on where to try Miyajima’s local specialties, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you, Leo, for such a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Miyajima!

We had a great tour with Leo! He showed us absolutely stunning places and even pointed out some lovely photo spots along the way. He shared lots of history and cultural context, as well as great recommendations for places to eat and visit. We went quite a bit over time, but Leo was very patient, waited for us along the way, and happily answered all our questions. We really appreciated it and loved the experience. Highly recommended!

The tour guide, Leo, was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable, friendly and kept our group engaged the whole time. He lead us through the perfect route, gave recommendations such as the best place to get snacks and to get a hiking stick from nearby Dashouin temple prior to hiking mt misen (because there are venomous snakes on the mountain trail). 10/10, thanks Leo!

Good tour with great tips. After reading the blurb I was expecting the tour to be with San (which is why I booked) but it was with Leo - he was good though.
