I was very surprised to see how much history the city holds and how great and charismatic the guide is. Giorgos tour was very interesting and I highly recommend it. He has a great memory and he made us feel very good.

This was our seconf tour with Giorgos, and was even better than the first one (city center). Giorgos was truly in his elements, enjoying the Ano Poli and could pass this enthusiasm to us as well. He is super well-prepared but we didn't get dry historic facts, rather true and alive knowledge about this bustling city. It was a gift and pleasure to meet Giorgos, he is a true gem of the world :-)

Highly recommend this tour. Georgeos is way above any free tours we have taken. He is extremely knowledgeable and yet funnny, the tour is estensive and xovers much ground physically and intellectually. Do upper town with him too..

This was my second tour with George. I have to say he is the best guide I have had on these guided walks and I have done many. He is passionate about his city, remembers everyones name and country, even played and sang tonight. The places visited were fascinating and George brought them alive. If you are in Thessaloniki, book George, and get to know Thessaloniki in his unique absorbing relaxed style. I learnt so much and am grateful George to have participated in 2 walks with you.
