Free Walking Tours in Kuala Lumpur

Really enjoyed our tour with Hakim! He was engaging and took us to all the main spots. We loved the addition of a small train trip and snacks en route. We would have liked a bit more detail about some of the spots but he was approachable with any further questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

Kuala Lumpur (KL) Tagestour: Das malaysische Erlebnis!

Hakim is an absolutely incredible guide! His knowledge of KL and Malaysia goes way beyond history - politics, geography, culture… honestly, is there anything this guy doesn’t know?! There were 10 of us from six different countries, and at every stop he would count us in a different language (plus a few extras!). Apparently, he knows the basics of around 50 languages and is fluent in three. How impressive is that?! He took us to some fantastic off-the-beaten-track places, sharing fascinating stories and insights along the way. He made the entire experience so much fun, and the time absolutely flew by! I enjoyed it so much that I wanted to join his night tour too, but unfortunately, the only evening I had available was Monday, when he doesn’t run them. If you’re visiting KL, I would HIGHLY recommend taking a tour with Hakim. Knowledgeable, engaging, funny and genuinely passionate about what he does. The guy is an absolute gem! ✨

I’ve done many walking tours in my life and I would say that this ranks among the very best. Hakim was funny, informative, and attentive. He took the time to get to know everyone between stops and gave a whole website of recommendations that he made himself! 11/10 and I would be surprised if anyone said any different.

We did the tour with Han who was very punctual at the meeting point. He did a general intro of KL and then went to the detail about the different places we visited. He was very knowledgeable and entertaining. He shared historic facts and current affairs so made us feel we can now walk about like Malaysians! Absolutely recommend it.

We had a brilliant time on the free walking tour with Hakim! He was very entertaining, giving information about the city in a way which also kept the whole group engaged and interested. It covered a lot of key areas of the city, helping us to learn more about them but also more about daily life in the city, including how to use the MRT and trying some tasty snacks. He also gave fantastic information about how to make the most of our time in Kuala Lumpur and where to find great food!

Mil gracias Hakim

This tour blew us away! We've done 25 free walking tours in 15 countries so far, and Hakim was the best! He is extremely knowleadgeable, speaks a gazillion languages, answered all the questions and made a 3-hour tour fly by! The locations we visited were interesting, he even got us drinks and had us try a local dish, which was delicious! And on top of everything, he shared with us a huve list of recommendations and more places to see in KL! We couldn't recommend him enough!

He speaks great English, is fun and polite, and has so much knowledge. You can tell he really enjoys sharing information about Malaysia and its culture. He also gave us the opportunity to taste local fruits, fresh drinks, and traditional food, which made the experience even more special! I highly recommend this tour! Thank you, Hakim! 😊

Terima kasih banyak Hakiim
