The walking tour was very interesting, giving a good insight into the history of Khiva and Ichan Kala. Shokhrukh was entertaining and knowlegeable, he also gave a lot time to view the sights visited while on the tour.

This was a wonderful tour of Khiva city, full of interesting information in an easy-to-follow format. The route covered many interesting places that were included in our ticket price for Khiva's museums, and Nilofar explained everything really well. We discovered lots of hidden places that we would not have noticed by ourselves, so I highly recommend this tour for anyone wishing to learn more about the fascinating history of Khiva and the Khorezm region!

Covered an impressive breadth of information, delivered in the context of local knowledge. Shokh displays a passion for his subject, a genuine interest in his participants and a gentle, rather dry, sense of humour. He invited questions throughout and was always able to answer them.

A brilliant tour! We loved hearing about local life and customs, and hope you have a wonderful upcoming wedding. Our guide was funny and informative. 10/10 recommend when you’re in Khiva. Make sure to get the ticket from outside the west gate (around £17) for entry into all the places inside the city gates.

Consigliato!
