What an incredible experience! It felt like cooking with a friend while sharing stories, laughter, and delicious food. We prepared the meal in her home alongside her mother, a truly lovely woman with a special talent for flavor. I couldn't recommend this enough! It was so much fun and gave me an authentic, local experience you won't find on any typical tour.
Wow, phenomenal experience. Blew my mind. We went to a local market then had TONS of hands-on noodles making. Kneading the dough, chopping tomatoes and chives and these really cool ash-covered translucent eggs. Made both spinach dough and biang biang dough. Very comprehensive and exciting. And also amazing tea and cute cat.
