Xi’an-born, Berlin-seasoned carb fanatic (wheat > everything! 🌾). Blame my Shaanxi DNA for my Italian food obsession—did you know they’re basically carb cousins?—and my undying coffee addiction. Dafu has such a fun personality and very open and welcoming, as does her family. The food we made was really tasty and nice to learn how to prepare. Great experience and talks. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time on this tour and will remember it fondly. Wenqi and her parents are so lovely and welcoming. We loved spending time in their home and the food was delicious!
The tour was great, we learned a lot on the class, and we had a great meal with a lot of dishes to try. The dinner experience was amazing. I felt very welcomed by the family that received us. One of the best experiences in China.
