Mi trayectoria profesional me ha llevado a investigar y generar diversas piezas comunicativas de la cultura alimentaria americana y europea. Fui el Chef Experto en el Récord Guinness “La Degustación de Cebiche más grande del mundo” (2019). Obtuve el Premio a la Mejor Investigación Gastronómica por la Guía Summum (2018). Soy miembro del área de Biodiversidad y Gastronomía de Slow Food Perú y de la Asociación Pro Jardín Botánico Nacional de Lima. Graduado del Máster de Periodismo y Comunicación Gastronómica del Basque Culinary Center en País Vasco, España.
