Ich bin Kommunikationsexpertin und Food-Enthusiastin und lebe in Madrid. Meine berufliche Laufbahn hat mich dazu geführt, verschiedene Kommunikationsbeiträge zur amerikanischen und europäischen Esskultur zu recherchieren und zu erstellen. Ich war Experte im Guinnessbuch der Rekorde für „Die größte Ceviche-Verkostung der Welt“ (2019). Ich wurde 2018 vom Summum Guide mit dem Preis für die beste gastronomische Forschung ausgezeichnet. Ich bin Mitglied der Sektion Biodiversität und Gastronomie von Slow Food Peru und der Vereinigung des Nationalen Botanischen Gartens von Lima. Ich habe einen Master-Abschluss in Gastrojournalismus und -kommunikation vom Basque Culinary Center im Baskenland, Spanien.
Luis was a wonderful guide, showing us some introducing us to interesting places and dishes while being warm and very open to listening to our likes and preferences.
