I am a communicator and food enthusiast based in Madrid. My professional career has led me to research and create various communication pieces about American and European food culture. I was the Expert Chef in the Guinness World Record for "The World's Largest Ceviche Tasting" (2019). I won the Best Gastronomic Research Award from the Summum Guide (2018). I am a member of the Biodiversity and Gastronomy section of Slow Food Peru and the Association for the National Botanical Garden of Lima.
