I am a communicator and food enthusiast based in Madrid. My professional career has led me to research and create various communication pieces about American and European food culture. This food tour with Luis was a great find. The groups are small and intimate so you can always hear what is going on. The choice of venues were authentic and where locals would eat or purchase their food produce. The following day I visited one of the recommendations for a calamari sandwich which was amazing. Do yourself a favour and book this tour so you can experience Madrid like a local.
