Un poco de historia, algunas curiosidades y algunos chistes. Nací y crecí en Edimburgo, trabajé como reportero, redactor y editor de cine en The Scotsman durante 17 años y posteriormente escribí regularmente para The Guardian y el London Times. He escrito y editado varios libros, entre ellos "The Times on Cinema" y "On Location - The Film Fan's Guide to Britain and Ireland". This was a really great tour. Brian was a very knowledgeable and engaging guide. He knew his way the only round the principal sites but around lots of interesting back alleys. So he showed us things which we otherwise would never have found on our own. He also has a very interesting backstory as a leading journalist on national newspapers specialising in film – make sure you ask him about ‘Braveheart’ and his involvement in that movie. It was a really great walking tour and I would recommend it without hesitation.
Had a lovely time. Brian was engaging, funny and informative. He managed to get us through the city center during Fringe in a comfortable way, which I consider amazing. Would highly recommend.
