Ein bisschen Geschichte, ein bisschen Wissenswertes und ein paar kleine Witze. Geboren und aufgewachsen in Edinburgh, arbeitete ich 17 Jahre lang als Reporter, Feature-Autor und Filmredakteur beim Scotsman und schrieb anschließend regelmäßig für den Guardian und die London Times. Ich habe mehrere Bücher geschrieben und herausgegeben, darunter „The Times on Cinema“ und „On Location – The Film Fan’s Guide to Britain and Ireland“.
