Eduardo ist ein toller und sympathischer City-Guide. Er spricht ein sehr gut verständliches Englisch – ideal auch für alle, deren Muttersprache nicht Englisch ist. Während der Tour haben wir viel Interessantes über Madeira, die Geschichte, Kultur und das Leben auf der Insel erfahren. Tauchten immer mal wieder in die Geschichte der Insel ein. Seine Erklärungen zu den traditionellen Getränken wie Poncha und Madeirawein waren interessant. Man merkt schnell, dass er sich bestens auskennt und seine Begeisterung gerne weitergibt. Ein grosser Pluspunkt: Am Ende der Tour erhält man eine tolle Liste mit Empfehlungen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Bars sowie typischen Speisen und Getränken. Deshalb würde ich jedem empfehlen, diese Tour gleich zu Beginn des Aufenthalts zu machen. Eine absolute Empfehlung – danke Eduardo und weiter so!

As a newcomer from Denmark, Mia’s love for her new home shines brightly. Our tour was all adults, and she was really good at keeping everyone together and engaged. I appreciated that on a hot day, she kept us in the shade as much as possible. Also, the sitting time in the cathedral was a good way to cool down during the middle of our tour!

Sehr sympathische Guru! Schöne Tour, liefert einen sehr guten Querschnitt über historische, kulturelle und soziale Hintergründe Funchals. Hat selbst zwei kleinere Kinder und kann daher die Tour mit kindgerechten und unterhaltsamen Fakts aufpeppen. Nie langweilig, nützt die 2 1/2 Stunden komplett aus. Mia macht jedenfalls Lust auf mehr! Vielen Dank!
