Nos ha gustado el tour. El guía tiene buen inglés y hemos hecho todo el centro histórico. No solo nos ha explicado y enseñado muy bien el lugar sino que también nos ha llevado a comer una samosa local muy buena (estrella michelín) y cuando ha terminado el tour nos ha llevado a comer en un sitio local muy bueno. Totalmente recomendable

My son and I enjoyed the walking tour. First of all, it exceeded our expectations as Mr.Ang charmed us with his abundant knowledge on the history of Penang. We were briefed on its dark past, its secret societies along with its many interesting state building struggles tales experienced by early settlers. We will recommend this tour to anyone who wants to get to know Penang from a true local to join this tour. Thank you Mr Ang, we are genuinely Grateful for the excellent effort in making this a memorable trip.

Hicimos el tour con Ashline y fue una pasada! Muy recomendable para probar una gran variedad de platos en poco tiempo a la vez que aprendes sobre la cultura y la historia de Penang, visitando lugares icónicos. Sin duda repetiría!

Eskay was clearly very knowledge about Penang and knew a lot of the locals along the route he took us. The ending of the walk where he showed us on the map of where we walked was also a great way for us to have an overview of the whole walk. He treated us to the famous samosa and a teh as well during the walk!

My guide eve was very professional and knowledgeable about Penang! You can ask her for food recommendations and things to do in Penang. She regularly checked in to made sure the lace was alright and if I had questions I wanted to ask. I was the only participant as all others had cancelled so it was a private tour and we ended about 20 mins faster than schedule as less people meant less waiting.

JS is a very passionate about sharing about Penang history and culture. He didn’t rush us even though the tour ended up stretching to 5 hours long. He gave us an overview of the whole route and where we were going to have water breaks and toilets so we can plan ahead. He made sure to check if we were alright along the way . He treated us to eat famous samosa. Would recommend JS if you only have time to do one tour!

Everything was exceptional from start to finish! Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure that each of us individually understood everything and had all our questions answered. He stayed after the guided tour hours to show us some great local places to have lunch. Highly recommend!

This was a great tour it felt like we covered a lot of areas and history of Penang, and the four hours passed by so quickly! The guide made sure we had stops for the bathroom, water and even a famous samosa. I really enjoyed the tour especially with this guide who made the experience so much better! Thank you so much ☺️

Ken was very informative and kind in answering questions. She took us to many places associated with the Chinese secret gangs and explained many aspects in very precise details. She also took us to drink some local refreshments towards the end of the tour so we can rest and chitchat with each other. Our group was rather intimate so we learned a lot through her stories that we otherwise wouldn't have known if we just walked around Georgetown. The topic is focused on Chinese societies in Penang but the learnings and analysis apply to all especially immigrant communities and those who want to learn more about how different cultures coexisted (or fought) before, and possible lessons for today.

Además, el tour incluyó una parte de food tour, ¡todo un acierto para descubrir también la gastronomía local! El recorrido se hizo muy ameno y entretenido, y el guía consiguió transmitirnos su pasión por Penang en todo momento. Me gustó muchísimo la experiencia.
