Uno Sguardo a Singapore

A great tour led by Ping. She was very easy to hear due to the small speaker she took with her- we were concerned because my husband has hearing problems, but he had no difficulty. She was very knowledgeable, interesting and generous with her time. I would love to do a second tour with her but sadly have run out of time.

It was a great tour by Roy! Could tell a lot about Singapore and did in his own way. The group was quite big, but Roy managed to keep everyone’s attention very well

Dal Coloniale al Contemporaneo: Il Viaggio di Singapore

The tour with Polly was amazing. It surpassed expectation. She is so knowledgeable about the area as she lives here. I even got to meet her mother who was shopping at the wet market. She is a well known identity in the markets. She knew exactly which stores to point out. As Polly states the tour is curated for visitors to experience the less touristy side of Singapore so to get an understanding of how locals live, work and shop. There is also a lot of history attached to the Redhill area which you will find out about. I so enjoyed my first freshly made curry puff and to try some locally made icecream. One of the highlights was Polly taking me in the supermarket to point out products to consider taking home - products that Singapore is famous for and some that her family use. The other major highlight was the visit to the Enabling Village. The art and products made by people who are disabled is amazing and it’s all for sale. A wonderful establishment that is all about inclusivity and very inspirational. A great way to discover the real Singapore away from the crowds and traffic. Can’t recommend this walk more highly.

I absolutely loved this tour with Edwina. She was warm, funny, and knowledgeable. What I particularly liked was that it did not feel like being talked at. Edwina shared so many little stories, observations and bits of history that helped me understand Singapore in a completely different way. I had already spent some time exploring on my own, but this added so much context and helped me notice things I would otherwise have walked straight past. She clearly loves Singapore and that really comes through. It was interesting, relaxed and enjoyable from start to finish. If you want to see more than just the obvious sights and understand a little more about the story behind Singapore, I would definitely recommend a tour with Edwina.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience on the Guru City Tour with Shawn! He was extremely knowledgeable, entertaining, and genuinely passionate about Singapore and its history. He brought each place we visited to life and did a fantastic job connecting Singapore’s history with current events, making the tour both interesting and relevant. The places we visited were beautiful and thoughtfully chosen, and Shawn gave us great recommendations for things to see, do, and eat after the tour. He was also happy to answer questions and share insights that we wouldn’t have gotten from simply exploring on our own. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Shawn and would absolutely recommend him to anyone visiting Singapore. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, engaging, and personable guide, definitely book this tour with Shawn!
