Purple Basque Tours is the label I gave to my alternative tours since I came to Bilbao and fell in love with the city and the Guggenheim Museum (especially).
My name is Sanna Weaver, not from Bilbao originally, but a true blue local, something you'll experience in my tours, which are very alternative, original, purple (the favourite colour of sensitive, free spirit people ) and most enjoyable. Because of my love for Bilbao, I try to keep the tours up to 8 people as I want you to have fun and take the most out of it!
That's why offering tours to people from all over the world who are open to explore the city in a non tourist way, is my passion!
I would love to show you "my" city the way "I see it" and introduce you to the Basque culture and history.

This is one of the best Guru tours we have taken! Sanna was such a joy to walk with. She immediately welcomed us as if we were old friends. Her easy manner and fun personality made the evening a real pleasure. Her knowledge of the history and culture of Bilbao was truly impressive.
