We are Free Walking Tours Cuenca, the first free walking tour of the city of Cuenca- Ecuador since 2016. Winners of the Travellers' Choice Best of the Best, TripAdvisor's most important award in 2022 and 2023 Ted-Talkers as well.
Amazing information filled tour, rather serious than fun, but amazing insider info o culture and history.
We saw so much in the historic centre, which is packed with a variety of sites, historical, religious, cultural, natural, commercial. Our guide had a story for every site, and also explained the significance. She also had endless patience for questions and for spontaneity, and ran well over time with a smile. Being a group of only 5 is of course just good luck, and it was very pleasant not to have to wait for 20 people all to take the same photo :) This walk was our perfect introduction to Cuenca.
