Cristian me canceló el tour 12 horas antes, mandándome este mensaje: "Debido a las posibles manifestaciones el dia de mañana no estaremos realizando el recorrido. Nuestra prioridad es el bienestar de los visitantes. Ademas de ello por fiestas Patrias algunas calles del Centro estaran cerradas." Creo que se sabía desde un principio que etan fiestas Patrias y que podian haber manifestaciones, por lo tanto, no entiendo porqué se ofreció en un primer momento. Por suerte, pude contactar con otra agencia y fue maravilloso

Hola. Espero se encuentre bien. Como se lo habia mencionado mi labor como Profesional en Turismo es velar por el bienestar del visitante; en el caso del tour esperamos hasta un dia antes para ver si habia alguna solucion a las posibles manifestaciones. El dia 28 de Julio muchas calles del Centro Historico estuvieron Cerradas y principalmente la Plaza Mayor de Lima; tambien ocurrieron muchas cancelaciones de tours en la ciudad y tengo las pruebas de ello. Como ya habia pasado en anteriores oportunidades, siempre que tenemos noticias de posibles manifestaciones muchas veces estas se salen de control y se ven prejudicados los visitantes. Como usted bien lo menciona le avisamos con la anticipacion adecuada de 12 HORAS, NO FUE A ULTIMO MINUTO. Si usted pudo encontrar alguna agencia que pudo hacer el recorrido fue ya bajo su responsabilidad, por mi lado no quiero poner en riesgo la integridad de los visitantes. Saludos de Lima.

Absolutely fantastic!! Cristian was very knowledgeable, went at a great pace and allowed time for pictures. He gave us a lot of tips about travelling in Peru, other places to check out, and gave a lot of great context behind the places we were visiting. As someone planning on exploring the area myself, I had no regrets taking the tour, he was super kind and friendly!
