Badal

I took the tour with Nival, replacing Badal, and he showed me his city with great enthusiasm and told me many very interesting details about religion, culture and history if the city. He would always make sure that I feel comfortable and wanted me to get the best experience possible. In the end he even invited me to his home for a cup of tea. I would do the tour again. Thank you for everything :)

Absolutely wonderful free walking tour. Our guide was Nivas - with commitment, tenderness and extraordinary knowledge he told us facts about this unique city. He led us through the labyrinths of streets, paying attention to what we probably would never have noticed ourselves. It made our stay in Varanasi even more magical! I highly recommend it to anyone who will only have the opportunity to go on free walking tour in Varanasi :)

Vidya was very enthusiastic, he kept the energy going despite the extreme heat and it was interesting to discover Varanasi from a true local. He kindly invited us into his home for chai and it was a great experience to meet his family and see his home.

Muy buena experiencia con Niwas!! Badal no podía dar el free tour por una operación e hicimos el recorrido con su compañero Niwas. Completamente recomendable, explicaciones extensas y amenas, recorriendo muchas callejuelas del centro de Varanasi. Al final del recorrido nos ofreció ir a su casa, donde nos preparó un té. En general, Niwas, un muy buen guía con el que nos entendimos perfectamente en inglés.

Unfortunately Badal wasn’t able to take us on the tour but he organised Niwas to show us around and checked in to make sure everything was going ok. Niwas was brilliant. His enthusiasm for Varanasi was infections and his hospitality was second to none. Would recommend this tour to anyone looking to see some hidden gems in Varanasi
