Reserva confirmada, vía email, a través de la web. Nos damos prisa en llegar y estar a tiempo para el tour, a nuestra llegada al punto no aparece nadie. Llamo por teléfono y nos dicen que sí que consta la reserva pero que según la web, ha cerrado la reserva pero ya no había plazas y que no podemos hacer el tour. No facilitan opciones y que nada, otra vez será. No por nuestra parte desde luego.
La guía se notaba que tenía gran conocimiento, pero poco orden y ningún hilo conductor. No nos ha enganchado.
Los grupos no pueden ser tan numerosos. Hay que hacerlo más ameno y visitar algún sitio más.
