Hallo zusammen, ich bin Federica, ich komme eigentlich aus Trentino, aber seit etwas mehr als zwei Jahren in Bologna ansässig! Nachdem ich mich sofort in diese Stadt verliebt habe, habe ich mich letztes Jahr dazu entschlossen, den Tour Leader-Kurs zu besuchen, und voilà, hier bin ich bereit, Ihnen das Beste zu zeigen, was diese Stadt zu bieten hat, nämlich das Essen! Deshalb begleite ich Sie auf dieser Tour und zeige Ihnen die Köstlichkeiten dieser Region, die nicht umsonst „Food Valley“ genannt wird! Natürlich gebe ich Ihnen einige Ratschläge, was Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts hier probieren sollten. Ich erwarte daher viele von euch und vor allem... hungrig! ;)

I loved this tour! Federica was an amazing guide – super clear, friendly, and full of interesting facts. You can tell she knows a lot and really loves what she does. We tasted delicious traditional food and visited authentic spots I wouldn’t have found on my own. It’s the perfect way to get to know Bologna through its history and food. Highly recommended!
Great tour, Frederika knew lots about to local cuisine. Took us to some good places to try lots of small samples of food. Great recommendations for places to go back to later. Very enjoyable tour.
