Hello everyone, I'm Federica, originally from Trentino but living in Bologna for multiple years now.

As many here, I immediately fell in love with this city and... here I am! Ready to lead you on the discovery of the main traditional markets, where locals are still used to going daily to buy fresh bread and pastries, fish, cured meats and cheeses, fresh fruit and vegetables, and more. This is indeed a city known not only for the oldest university in Europe and fascinating medieval reddish buildings but especially for its unparalleled gastronomy.

Walking through the narrow streets, we will show you the gastronomic specialties of the region, giving you some precious recommendations on what you should absolutely try during your staying!

We will start from Mercato delle Erbe and end at the Chamber of Commerce, close to the Quadrilatero market. We are waiting for you with great hunger and curiosity!
