Siamo un gruppo di guide turistiche. Questo ci permette di lavorare 365 giorni all'anno, e lo facciamo in ogni stagione: estate, inverno, primavera e autunno. Il nostro gruppo è composto da attori, insegnanti e da me, Gordon. Ho avuto una lunga carriera come ingegnere, militare, agente di polizia, imprenditore e giudice, quindi ho parecchie storie da raccontare. Dopo il pensionamento, circa sette anni fa, mi sono formato come attore e circa cinque anni fa ho intrapreso la carriera di guida turistica. Ognuno di noi ha un punto di vista leggermente diverso sulla stessa storia ed è difficile dire chi sia il migliore e chi vi capiterà quel giorno. L'unica cosa che possiamo quasi garantire è che effettueremo tour tutti i giorni, non solo d'estate. Tuttavia, siamo tutti qualificati e le nostre valutazioni testimoniano il nostro elevato standard qualitativo.
The Edinburgh tour was amazing with Sara & Alpaccino, but the Glasgow tour was very boring for our kids as well as for me. We actually took both tours for our kids to know more about the history, culture and traditions. It was covered well in Edinburgh but the Glasgow tour was more like a news & current affairs. We only visited two building locations when the tour started and already made up our minds that we will leave and consume rest of the day in a better and something more meaningful. However, when we told IAN that we would like to leave because the kids were feeling exhaustive of the information he was sharing, he still asked us to pay for the tour. I feel, if we are leaving only in the starting of the tour, where we only covered 2 buildings and he covered nothing very specific, i mean the information he was sharing was already there on the websites so the experience was aweful. when he asked for money, it became much worst to feel and we didn't pay him at all. Because it was supposed to be free and then pushing us to pay £15 was not at all worth the experience we had. Whereas he could have just said that he regret that we left in the starting of the tour and he could have made it better. Any way, i would suggest, the tour should be more engaging with better places and information to share.
