Isako was informative and fun! The 19:00 tour was perfect—fewer people, plenty of time for pictures, and great attention to detail.
Our osaka food tour was excellent. Our guide, Ken, was knowledgeable, friendly and great fun to be with. He explained so many aspects of Osaka food and also gave us some insight into the history and story of Osaka. Ken made this tour a fun and informative experience and was also patient with us and welcoming of questions. We can recommend this tour but importantly it was Ken who made it a great and memorable tour!
Isako was wonderful! She had a great energy, good English and was knowledgeable about the area. The route is great, going through lots of important historic areas with great views and interesting history. Kris (with a K ;)) was shadowing our tour for his training and he also gave us some good information too.
We had a 2-person walking tour in Osaka. I felt like the guide was already not liking the fact that the others had cancelled (also saw him way more enthusiastic with the next group). This is not our fault; however, this influenced our experience. He was not knowledgeable since he could not answer some of the questions we asked. And demanded what he wanted as payment at the end of the tour, which is not something I have experienced before. Note that you need to pay for the Osaka Castle entrance in this tour. Because the statement "tickets included" is quite misleading!
We really enjoyed our tour learning about the geisha history, it was so interesting to learn about the tradition. Would definitely recommend
