Kuzu was great for our tour of the Umeda area. He was professional and very personable and a wealth of knowledge. You get to see some hidden gems for dining and shopping! The food court experience was great and the mega electronics store blew us away! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kazu is a great tour guide and very knowledgeable. Through the tour, I got to learn about both the rich and poorer sides of Osaka, which made the experience more meaningful. He took us to Umeda, an area full of restaurants and bars, where I had some of the most authentic takoyaki I’ve ever tasted. I also got to try gyopao, which was a new and interesting dish for me in Japan. At the end of the tour, when my friend needed to return to Kyoto by train and couldn’t find the platform entrance, Kazu kindly went out of his way to guide him there. He was very friendly and polite throughout. Kazu is highly recommended!

Nice tour through Umeda District. Focus is more on food than information which is not shown in the description so clear. Just keep in mind. But the food was delicious and I saved a lot of great food spots on my list :)

Excellent tour - guide was amazing, personable, professional but entertaining. Really good knowledge of the area - great recommendations - we went to places we never would have found on our own in Osaka, and all food stops were amazing quality and really reasonable price wise.

This was a really good tour. Exactly what we needed. Out guide was very patient and forgiving with us. You should definitely join this tour - all of the food is delicious - just please give yourself plenty of time to get to the meeting spot. Osaka station is a confusing neighbourhood and it will take you longer to find the location than you expect. But once you arrive it is totally worth it

I was taken on a delightful and informative tour around Osaka/ Umeda stations and the surrounding areas. Though I have lived in Osaka for many years, there is so much I don't know about the city. Kazu introduced me to many restaurant options and information about Umeda, as well. I recommend this tour for all new comers, tourists, and foreign residents.

Kazu is an amazing guide: informative and attentive to our needs. Being born in Ozaka, Kazu has a unique perspective on Japanese foods and culture. North Ozaka is a striking contrast to the hustling and touristy South Osaka and a must do if you have more than 1 day in Osaka. A taste of the local foods and recommendations to local restaurants are much appreciated.
