I was informed that Ksenia can’t make the tour due to personal issues that morning at around 11am and we were already there in Kremlin.the coordinator told us that she will look for another tour guide and asked us if we are willing to wait.she then informed us that there is another tour guide who will take us but the time will be 1pm.at that time, my wife and i just decided to forego/cancel the tour and we just had lunch and went back to our hotel.
