What a great tour. John took us to places we would not have found. He was a wonderful guide with great knowledge and clearly a great love of his home city. I would book him again if I return.

Zoe is knowledgeable about Newcastle's history and locations. She is enthusiastic and very friendly. The tour is a quick one where you will learn the fundamentals of Newcastle and Geordie culture. I really enjoyed it and I recommend you give Zoe a chance to see it for yourself!

Lee was a fantastic guide - patient, friendly, entertaining and passionate. Highly recommended.

The experience was great. It's well worth it. But be aware, he set a minimum price of 20 pounds for the tour. Take it or leave it. He starts it in front of a cash machine, so no excuses.

Our walk was with Ann. There were only 4 of us, all ladies and I think the tour was tailored to us very well. She had very good knowledge and a nice personality. She made the tour enjoyable and was able to answer all our many questions. We would definitely recommend her.

Excellent walking tour

Anne was lovely and very patient with my 2 children. She took us through Newcastle and was very informative and very sweet natured. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a tour either before lunch or dinner because we definitely worked up an appetite. Thank you to Anne and to John for keeping in contact and updated.

From start to finish, John was welcoming, engaging and knowledgeable during our walk through Newcastle Town centre. He had taken the trouble to be equipped with historic photos and pictures and was keen to share his vast knowledge of the area and its history. Much more interesting than I expected, helped us get orientated in Newcastle and he suggested some routes and places for us. So pleased we did this walk.

John was knowledgeable and friendly. He answered questions with care and had some great suggestions of galleries to visit afterwards. Very much enjoyed!
