Stephanie was informative and tried her best to answer any questions we had. I was surprised to learn so much interesting information and play a scavenger hunt game. It was quite a fun tour although I wish we could’ve gone to more locations.

Shine gave lots of information about the local architecture, culture and history of Taichung. We were very satisfied!

Loved my tour with Miguel. It was an excellent journey through taichungs history as well as a little food guide . By the time the tour ended I felt like I really knew taichung, how to get around and what the sights meant. I was very pleased.

When we arrived to meet our guide Stephanie, we were waiting at the wrong “Information Station”. The one we were at was at the old train station where they converted an old train into a store/information station (wrong one). The correct information station is actually upstairs on the right side as you enter the new station. The online chat feature helped us find our guide Stephanie quickly. Stephanie was very friendly and was dressed in a green Japanese style robe. She quickly informed us that she is an Taichung resident and is only her 2nd time giving this tour. You can tell she is not a seasoned tour guide yet, but she did a great job and provided lots of great information with visuals on her tablet as well as interactive questions at various sites such as at Miyahara Sweet Shop and the Fourth Credit Cooperative. We were the only ones on the tour so it was basically a private tour. Stephanie was very good about answering any questions and was knowledgeable about the history of the stops. Overall, we were very happy with the walking tour and recommend it to. Anyone interested in a night tour and learning about the history of the area. Stephanie will develop into a wonderful tour guide!

I was the only participant and therefore had a private tour. It was a lot of fun, Winnie showed me around, prepared little mini games and gave me compact information of Taiwan’s as well as Taichung’s historand current situation. We also tried some herbal tea and the suncake. At the end I even got a little present from her. I really recommend this tour and would definitely do it again! Thank you Winnie for this amazing experience! :D

Everyone visiting Taiwan should take this tour right away! It was a great way to get a grasp on Taichung, see local sights, snacks, and ideas, and the guide was incredible!

May was a charming and informative guide. We went to several spots, unfortunately, given the hour, some of them were closed. May was available earlier, but I wasn't able to make it before 6pm.

Winnie was a great tour guide. It was just my group, so we got to chat a lot with Winnie about the city and its history, which was very fun!

Hans gave a very educational and entertaining tour (with some mini game involved) which prompted me to think more than I usually would. Really enjoyed my time!
