After such a wonderful experience on our previous Hiroshima and history tour with Cva, we didn’t hesitate to book another one with him, this time a half-day tour of the beautiful island of Miyajima. And once again, he exceeded our expectations! Cva has an incredible wealth of historical and cultural knowledge, which he shares in such a fascinating, engaging and objective way. His explanations about the differences and connections between Shintoism, Buddhism and Hinduism were particularly interesting and gave us a much deeper understanding of the religious traditions and beliefs we encountered during our visit. Exploring the beautiful temples and shrines of Miyajima, with its breathtaking scenery and iconic floating torii gate, was already a wonderful experience. But having Cva explain the history, symbolism and cultural significance behind everything made it even more special. What makes Cva such an exceptional guide is not only his impressive knowledge, but also the way he shares it. He speaks clearly, articulates beautifully and has a very pleasant tone of voice. He also makes sure that everyone in the group is gathered around before he starts explaining, so nobody misses a single detail. His enthusiasm and passion for history are truly contagious. You simply never get bored listening to him! We couldn’t have wished for a better guide to discover Miyajima. If you’re considering this tour, don’t hesitate for a second. We had a fantastic night tour of Hiroshima with Cva! Cva was extremely knowledgeable, charismatic, and welcoming. He gave us great insights into both the history of Hiroshima and what the city is like today, making the tour as entertaining as it was informative. Nandini was a truly amazing guide. The two hours we spent with her flew by and we learned so much about the history of this area. I was really astonished how much information she shared; I’ve read quite a bit of history and still she shared a lot of insight and things I didn’t know before. What also impressed us was how friendly and engaging she was. It was obvious she really wanted us to learn and have a great experience on the tour.

We’ve had an amazing tour with Cva, he was exceptional, very friendly, super knowledgeable and explained loads and loads of interesting facts and history behind the bombing of Hiroshima. We do a walking tour everywhere we go and this was the best we’ve ever done. Very history focus but it’s exactly what we look for. Definitely recommend.
