Wonderful tour! Attended with 3 kids (10, 12 and 14). Highly recommend you do this tour as the first part of your trip to truly understand the significance of Hiroshima. Cva was engaging and knowledgable; he was able to answer all our questions (including a few interesting ones from our kids!). He engaged so well with our children and the whole group. He was respectful to the sites we were visiting and had a genuine desire to see peace. Knowledge and passion! Thanks Cva. Also the booking process and information to find our guide was very clear. Communication great.

This guided tour of the Hiroshima peace park was definitely a highlight of my trip to Hiroshima. Our guide Cva studied the history of Hiroshima in university and his work included interviewing more than 300 first generation atomic bomb survivors. Cva was knowledgeable, warm, engaging and enthusiastic. One can hardly find a better guide. Extremely pleased with this tour!

This historical walking tour was absolutely fantastic! Our guide, Cva, was incredibly knowledgeable and shared the city's history in a super engaging way. Excellent tour by Anita. I have been on walking tours in 25+ countries, and I rate her tour one of the best. Her style was a great mix of providing information and stories, and moving us along to finish the spots-heavy route. She also managed to pepper her tour with factual stories and history rather than her opinions. Her diction and delivery in English was excellent (she also explained everything nicely in Spanish to one of the tourists whose Spanish was better than her English). She gave the kids little things to remember the tour by too. And most of all, finished the tour on time. If I have to give any inputs to improve it would be to say that you meet at Mario’s, instead of opposite Mario’s, because cab drivers tend to drop people off at the Museum instead and there’s a bit of distance to cross to get to the meeting point. Overall, DO NOT MISS!

Cva was unbelievable he was very knowledgeable on Hiroshima history as well as other world history. He was able to create a really good vibe amongst the group even when delivering pretty heavy information

i think he is such a nice and interesting tour guide, he knew very important facts of the bombed area and it is a olus he specializes in explaining the side effects of everything and why is everything like it is nowadays

Our guide was Siva. He was Wonderful. Full of historical information and willing to open discussions across a wide range of topics. His knowledge was excellent, well communicated and with interest and passion. A true gem of a guide.

We had a great tour with Leo! He showed us absolutely stunning places and even pointed out some lovely photo spots along the way. He shared lots of history and cultural context, as well as great recommendations for places to eat and visit. We went quite a bit over time, but Leo was very patient, waited for us along the way, and happily answered all our questions. We really appreciated it and loved the experience. Highly recommended!

We did the History of Hiroshima Tour with Thomas and he was amazing. We thought we had learned about Hiroshima at school years ago, but it turned out we didn’t know even half of it. Thomas didn’t just share facts — he explained the “why” behind the history, which helped us understand both the city and its past on a much deeper level. He was very well prepared, thoughtful, and even offered umbrellas and SPF on a very hot day. The survivors’ stories he shared made the tour feel real and deeply meaningful, while his jokes helped make such an emotional place feel a little lighter. He was funny, patient, and happy to answer all our questions, even though we went much over time. A really powerful and memorable experience — highly recommended!👍

Thomas fue profesional,ameno y su relato fue increíble. Su pasión por la ciudad se vio reflejada en cada momento del tour. Contar una historia tan cruda sin caer en golpes bajos hace de Thomas un excelente guía. Realmente para recomendar.
