Всё отлично!
Nos gustó mucho el tour, muy interesante. Aprendimos de la historia y arquitectura del barrio modernista. También nos dió recomendaciones de que hacer en la ciudad. Tour muy recomendado.
Very informative amazing tour. We dove into Riga's architecture history of 1900s. The guide is very enthusiastic and has excellent knowledge.
Daniels hizo el tour de 2h muy ameno y se pasó el tiempo volando, enseñándonos rincones y detalles super interesantes.
Smaller group. Easier to hear the guide. Exellent route. Much information and really nice tour.
I had a wonderful walking tour of Riga Old Town with Jekaterina, focusing on the architectural diversity of the city. I was actually the only person who turned up, but Jekaterina was very kind and still ran the tour just for me, which I really appreciated. The tour was fascinating and covered a wide range of architectural styles and influences. We talked about Italian Renaissance influences as well as Gothic, Romanesque, Baroque, Neoclassical and Art Nouveau architecture. It was really interesting to see how these different styles can be found within Riga’s historic streets and understand the historical context behind them. Jekaterina was very knowledgeable, friendly and engaging, and explained the details in a way that made the buildings much more interesting to look at. Having the tour as a one-person group also made it very relaxed and personal, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions. A very enjoyable and informative experience. I would definitely recommend Jekaterina’s tour to anyone interested in Riga’s history, architecture and the fascinating diversity of its Old Town.
Loved it
Me ha gustado mucho nuestro guía Daniels. Hemos visto muchos detalles y lugares interesantes. Se nota que conoce y disfruta la materia.
Jekaterina was an incredible tour guide — she has immense knowledge of all things architecture, and she taught us so much about Riga that we didn’t know (as two Latvian-Americans who have visited Riga many times!). The tour was engaging, she interwove history of the city throughout her discussion of architecture, and she was very friendly. Each time we had a question about a new building (even those that were not part of our tour), she provided an in-depth response that enriched our experience. She is well-versed in English, Latvian, and Russian. My mom and I left with a new appreciation for architecture, its meaning, and the messages it conveys about Riga! We enthusiastically recommend this tour and guide for Latvians and visitors alike!
We really enjoyed our time and the depth of knowledge of our guide. Highly recommend this tour.
Amazing tour guide!
Jacketerina was fantastic, well versed and intimate with local history and the discipline of Architecture. I recommend this tour as a must to truly appreciate Riga
I had a great tour. Even though there was torrential rains, Daniels made it still interesting and fun. There was a to see and ending in a museum was a great way to finish the tour off😋
I was very impressed by the knowledge and friendliness of the guide. It was raining very hard and he just kept on going.I learned a lot about Art Noveau from him. Highly recommend this tour.
An interesting tour and an excelent guide. I would say: try it yourself!
She was an extraordinary storyteller
Wonderfull tour together with Jekatarina! And from my profession as an art historian Jekatarina is well informed
Knowledgeable, engaging and interesting. A great introduction to art nouveau Riga architecture from subtle to spectacular. Highly recommended.
Tomm was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and chatty. We learnt a lot about the location and local life.
There is so much more to Riga than the Old Town and this tour is the perfect way to enjoy and understand why UNESCO recognises Riga as the Art Nouveau capital of Europe. Thoms was so engaging and interesting you will appreciate every new building for its own unique value.
This was a great tour to learn about the recent history of Latvia and the architecture of XIX century. I highly recommend it to complement the old town history Tour recomendado para los amantes de la arquitectura del siglo XIX y la historia más contemporánea de la ciudad.
