A very authentic and interesting tour. Beaver grew up in Santa Ana during a lot of gang violence and is passionate about sharing his experiences. Definitely a local tour, not just landmarks you could visit by yourself. Thanks for the excellent evening!

What an amazing tour. Nelson shared quite some stories with us and answered all of our questions. We made some pupusas, grabbed a beer while talking about life in Santa Ana and visited so many interesting places. I definitely recommend!

Hector is truly one of the sweetest guides out there. He was amazing at giving a personal touch to the tour, including anecdotes of the horrible recent history in El Salvador as well as his food and coffee preferences. Do not miss this tour! It's well worth your time.

I loved the way Fatima explained everything about the city. She is invested in what she does and is very sweet and serious. I recommand highly her tour !

Nelson is a very dedicated guide. He showed us what his life has been growing up in Santa Ana. He doesn't focus on the main touristic attraction but on the real life of the locals. I learned that pupusas are for dinner only. No one will have a pupuas for lunch. He experienced to make our own pupuas. We discovered a speakeasy and had the best ice creams.

If you made this far, you better be booking the tour and be prepared to see all Santa Ana has to offer that only a true local can access.

The best walking tour we have been on - and we love a walking tour!
Luis was very informative and friendly.
We learnt a lot about the history of El Salvador as well as the buildings and spots we visited.
He was very friendly and answered all our questions.
Stopping at a local coffee shop for a sit down and drink while having a chat was a fun addition which I’d not experienced on a walking tour. It was a good chance to have an in depth conversation about Santa Ana and ask lots of questions.
We also finished the tour with a great (cheap) local lunch.
A great first day in Santa Ana, thank you Luis!

We really enjoyed Hektor’s tour. Very sincere and knowledgeable! We could ask all the questions we wanted, which was very nice. We also tried some food at the market we wouldn’t usually choose ourselves!
