Excellent tour, we thoroughly enjoyed this tour , it was informative, historical ,cultural, locals everyday life and tasted their food. Very well planned, and Donat's ability to communicate of the various layers of Uzbekistan life and history is clearly explained.

We had an amazing experience on this tour with Donat! He showed us the authentic side of Uzbekistan, away from the typical tourist spots. A real highlight was visiting the local market, where he arranged for us to try and taste so many delicious local foods. Donat is a fantastic guide, and I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Uzbekistan!

Best tour I have taken in Uzbekistan! It was engaging and good historic information mixed with culture, real life, jokes and charisma. We visited the metro, tried fruits at the bazar, got to make bread. It was a great mix and fantastic atmosphere!

Amazing tour and very interactive. Never done a walking tour where one gets to taste and experience the local food and culture and even get a chance to bake some bread 🍞. Highly recommend the tour and it was an amazing start to my Uzbekistan trip.

Javlon is a great guide. The tour is in English, which he speaks very well and slowly so you can easily understand him. He showed us the town market, and then we took a short walk up to the mosque. At the mosque, the local ladies let us try a lamb soup that was absolutely delicious. On the way back, we ate some somsas that we hadn't seen anywhere else in the country, and we tried ayran, a salty yogurt drink that was fantastic. He taught us more about his culture and how the local people live. If you want to go beyond the city of Tashkent, I highly recommend this tour. We loved it and highly recommend it. We have a fantastic time.

Javlon is passionate and loves what he does. Our tour was very special because of him. I was a bit worried it would be too difficult but it was just right. A wonderful day out of the city.

Don was very knowledgeable and funny. I learned so much about Uzbekistan and Central Asian history. He knew everyone at the bazaar and it ended up being a mini food tour, trying local foods and even making bread. I highly recommend his tour! He is thoughtful and extremely passionate!

This was such a wonderful tour. Bakhtiyor was so friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. He answered any questions we had and handled all the logistics of getting us places as a group flawlessly. He was kind enough to give us time to look around by ourselves and shop at places too, which I appreciated. I highly, highly recommend anyone considering a tour of Tashkent to choose this one. I wish I could have him as a guide when I visit Bukhara and Samarkand too!

What a way to start our tour in Tashkent. Donat provided a great overview of history of Uzbekistan and Tashkent, followed by a walk around both famous landmarks and off the beaten tracks discovery. Some special stops and experiences within the Chorzu bazaar. So glad we joined this walking tour, highly recommended. Dave & Christene (AUS)

I've been on walking tours in every city in Uzbekistan and Donat is by far the best guide I've had on all of them! I learned so much about both Tashkent and Uzbekistan and he made absolutely everything we saw so interesting. I really loved the bazaar visit where we got to try lots of samples and even get to help make bread which was definitely the highlight of the tour! I can't recommend this tour enough, definitely book it if you're in the city!

so much fun if you want a day a away from busy tashkent! perfect if you are vegetarian!! javlon knows so much about food/health! the small town is so beautiful! would recommend buying dried apples 😋
