This is a historical and architectural tour in which you will visit the most important monuments of the city of Antigua Guatemala, learning about its history, construction materials, architectural styles, interpretation of architectural facades, as well as

You'll learn about the city's various foundations and relocations in the history of Santiago de Goathemala, important figures, and the various events that influenced it.

Its conservation process, until it was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1979, the interpretation of its architectural facades, and much more.

TOUR THEME AND WHO IT IS FOR ‼️⚠️

The tour is focused on history and architecture, aimed at anyone who truly enjoys history, architecture, and art history. *


My tour is geared toward a specific audience interested in the topics mentioned above, to avoid any problems or inconveniences.


It is not suitable for children under 12 years old since the type of route makes them despair very easily.

Only exterior visits are made to the places already mentioned, no interior visits are made,

TOUR CONDITIONS

- Punctuality
The tour starts at 9:30 a.m. Please be punctual out of respect for the other members of the group! Thank you very much.


Walkers are suggested to be there 10 minutes before the tour. In case the walker does not arrive or does not confirm their participation either in the app or on WhatsApp, their place will be occupied by another person, and the tour will begin. Thank you very much 😊 Please confirm either by this means or by WhatsApp.


In case there is no response from the walker to the guide, the reservation will be canceled.



It is suggested to show respect above all because on some tours there have been situations where some walkers arrive in a bad mood, drunk or drugged, or are not interested in the tour and show bad and terrible behavior, and are not educated and become aggressive, since some people believe that because it is 'free' they can do whatever they want,




If you're bringing more guests on the tour, please ask if they can join you, as there is a limit on the number of people on the tour! Thank you very much!

Walkers are suggested to wear sunscreen, protect themselves from the sun's rays

During the tour we did not enter any shops, craft markets, bars, shops, ruins, or restaurants.






The walker is asked to demonstrate good behavior during the tour.

- Flexible tour payment
If you want to recognize my work as a professional and you don't know how much to contribute, at least the amount of €12 is expected.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

- Outfit
To enter some important religious sites, it is suggested to dress appropriately since low-cut tops and shorts are not allowed. It is recommended to remove glasses and hats when entering a religious site, thank you very much!!

- Inappropriate behavior




The consumption of alcohol or drugs, much less smoking, is not permitted during the tour, as it disrupts its development.... in Antigua Guatemala, the consumption of drugs and alcohol on the street is prohibited.





Walkers are advised not to use their cell phones while the guide is explaining, unless it is for work or an emergency. Please let me know. Thank you!
