Tour description

On a route through the most picturesque places in Bilbao, without forgetting the most emblematic of the city. We go through the lowest part of Gran Vía, seeing the most traditional buildings in the city and stopping at the Arenal bridge to enjoy the view of the old town and the estuary. Leaving the Arriaga theater on the left, we walk along the riverbank to the Market and look inside to marvel at its stalls. We cross the bridge and stop at the Marzana pier to have a snack and enjoy the views in this more alternative area of the city. We cross the estuary again and enter the old town to the Cathedral of Santiago and from there we cross the Plaza de Unamuno where the atmosphere is always lively. We go back through Correo street towards El Arenal and from there we go to the City Hall and taking a walk through the Campo Volantín residential area and the Avenida de las Universidades to the University Footbridge, which crosses us to the other bank of the estuary and the newest part of Bilbao, the Plaza Euskadi with its Torre Pelli and Abandoibarra with the Guggenheim Museum. We skirt the Doña Casilda Park to the Euskalduna bridge and the Congress Palace of the same name and from there we enter Olabeaga to see the island of the estuary and explain the project and future of this area of Bilbao. A stop to rest at the jetty on the estuary. From there we return crossing the Doña Casilda Park enjoying the views and the most emblematic buildings of the city. And we arrive again at Plaza Moyua
