Guide: Unearthed Tours
Guiding since 2021PRO
Our Free Walking Tour of Dublin balances big history with everyday culture. We start our journey through Dublin at The Wolfe Tone Sculpture. After discovering the formation of Ireland’s land, we venture through the beautiful St Stephen’s Green. Here we walk and talk about some of Dublin’s rebellions and figures that helped shape the country to become independent from the UK.
You will discover the impact of colonial rule, rebellions and the long fight for Irish independence. The streets reveal how power shifted over time and how laws were created to control or to liberate. Stories of those who fought against injustice sit alongside tales of rulers and lawmakers.
The Free Walking Tour of Dublin embraces the living culture of the city. You will stroll through Duke Street and Grafton Street, where live music fills the air, stop at Molly Malone and experience the vibe of Temple Bar. Check out some of the local Street Art and pass by some of the most excellent (and recommended!) local cafes and bars in the city.
We stop outside some of Dublin’s most famous landmarks, such as Dublin Castle, Christ Church Cathedral, Leinster House and more.
Our Free Walking Tour of Dublin boasts over 4000 5* reviews on Tripadvisor, Google & GuruWalks. The Tour Guides we work with are not only excellent at what they do but also love the City they’re from. Just check out our reviews and see for yourself!
