My name is Maria. I was born in Valencia, I discovered yoga in the UK, and since then I have not stopped practicing and training. I am a teacher in Valencia. My determination and commitment to Yoga has led me to experience both physical and mental transformation. Creating through the corporal experience opportunities to touch more subtle levels and to recognize oneself in them. I really like meeting new people, sharing wisdom, experiences and language. We will meet at Reina Sofia; in Valencia next to the hemisphere. A spacious, quiet place with good views. We will enjoy an outdoor yoga and meditation session where we will connect with ourselves and replenish energy.
You need to bring a mat and a bottle of water in case you need it.
