We will meet at the designated time in front of the Strozzi Palace to begin this Medici free tour. Are you ready? Let's go!

From there, we will enter the courtyard of this venue to talk about how the wealthy Strozzi family lived, one of the most important of the era. We will head to the Piazza della Repubblica, followed by the Orsanmichele building and the Mercato Nuovo. What is the connection of these sites with the Medici? We will find out!

We will also see the Palagio di Parte, where we will discuss the conflict between the Guelphs and Ghibellines that marked the history of Florence and influenced the rise of the Medici. We will walk through the alleys traditionally called Florentine chiassi until we reach the Piazza del Limbo.

There, we will contemplate the Church of the Holy Trinity and the Column of Justice before heading towards the Santa Trinita bridge, and the Ponte Vecchio, the latter being the oldest in Florence.
