In this hour and a half tour, we will now get to know this emblematic monument.

The monumental complex of La Alcazaba is the largest Arab-Andalusian monument in Spain and not only that, it is a film set. Numerous blockbusters have been filmed inside.

Our guides will take you on a journey through the thousand years of history of the city of Almería. To begin, we will discover the first enclosure where the original city of Almería was located and we will look out to contemplate the hill of San Cristóbal.

The second enclosure leads us to the ruins of the Palace of the Muslim Governors of the city, as well as to one of the best-preserved cisterns in Andalusia, allowing us to learn about the days of Arab domination on the Peninsula. This part also includes domestic houses, the hermitage of San Juan and the Odalisque's Viewpoint.

Finally, the third enclosure, the Christian enclosure, built by the Catholic Monarchs whose defensive fortress has three towers that will be visited, ending the visit by enjoying the panoramic views of the city.
