The capital of the old kingdom of Navarre has proudly stood for centuries, and its streets hold secrets known only to true Pamplonians. Starting from the emblematic Plaza del Castillo, we will delve into the old town, taking a historical tour in chronological order of the episodes that shaped its history.

Discover the first Vascones who founded it, witness the arrival of the Roman legions, fight against the Franks and Visigoths, follow the steps of the kings who established the kingdom of Navarre and the knights who defended it, listen to the echo of wars and revolts, accompany Hemingway in his San Fermín escapades and mischief, and finally, tie the red scarf around your neck, roll up your newspaper, tighten the laces of your sneakers and... dive into the running of the bulls with a runner. Feel the roar of the crowd, the rumble of the herd approaching, make your way, position yourself at the horns, hear the pounding of hooves and the snorts of the bulls behind you... and step aside after the run to make way for the rest of the runners!
