Stroll along the Southbank.
I'd love to invite you on a lovely wander along the river Thames' Southbank and Bankside.
I'll introduce you to it's current splendour whilst delving into it's dark and mischievous past.
We'll start at the south end of Waterloo Bridge, next to the Lord Lawrence Olivier statue (it's the one where he's doing Hamlet) by the National Theatre, the launching pad of some of the world's most renowned actors and stage shows. From there we'll move along the river exploring the Southbank's commercial and tordid past including Gabriel's Wharf, the Oxo Tower, Tate Modern and the Globe Theatre.
Notoriously famed as the promiscuous side of the river during the Tudor and Elizabethan eras we'll then pass the Clink Prison, the Golden Hind, Borough Market, London Bridge, the Monument and then finish at the world famous Tower Bridge and Tower of London.
Along the way we'll have views of Somerset House, St. Paul's Cathedral and the city skyline.
Looking forward to sharing this with you.
