I got a message earlier in the day to say that as I was the only person booked into the tour, I needed to guarantee a payment of min. 30 USD. As I'm leaving HCMC in the morning I decided to go ahead, and I'm so glad I did. I'm a vegetarian, and I don't have a huge appetite, and Wade was so kind and considerate, negotiating smaller/cheaper portions so I could taste so many things. It was amazing to hear about his family's history and war experiences, and their lives now. The solo tour really was perfect and I'm very glad I did it.

Thannh did a nice route around central Sai Gon. He was very friendly and interesting.

Thomas was very informative about the history of the city! He took us around,gave us local recommendations, allowed us to explore places at our own pace and answered any questions we had. I was running a bit late and he very kindly waited for me too. At the end of the trip he also messaged us with a variety of great recommendations for things to see/do, food, drink etc. Great tour!

We had a great time with our tour guide Van. He was a very lovely guy who we had a great 2 hours with. He showed us around the main sights in HCM and gave us some nice tips for coffee, shopping and more afterwards. Our tour was a group of 4 which also was a great size for a walking tour and we all had the chance to ask our questions. We also really appreciated that Van had a microphone because sometimes the HCM city traffic was very loud and thanks to the microphone we could still hear everything. Would recommend this tour with Van 100%. Thank you again, Van :)

It was an awesome tour round Ho Chi Min centre. The guide talk about so many interesting things so I really have not heard about the city.

I thoroughly enjoyed my tour with Hà. Her English was excellent and she was very knowledgeable and personable, The tour covers big events during and after the war, but Hà was able to share insight into the impact of ordinary people’s lives including her family’s. Highly recommended

Fun and informative

Incredible positive experience & actually one of (if not The One) highlight about our Vietnam journey. We will come back to do this tour with this amazing people. It honestly felt like going out with our friends and getting to know the real Vietnam. Absolutely loved it 1000 out of 100 stars for this tour ❤️❤️❤️❤️

If you really want to learn about Vietnamese coffee specialties, this tour/workshop is a must! We prepared different types in a very intimate atmosphere with lots of explanations and background information on coffee and how it arrived in Vietnam. Thanks a lot!

Great tour, good combination of history and fun facts from the history of the country, nice tips about every day life and habits of local people. Good duration of the tour with a nice break for drinks and wc. We really enjoyed the tour with Mike, our your and energetic tour guide, very knowledgeable about everything. Nice photo opportunities and great stories about some of Saigon’s most iconic landmarks.

I would highly recommend this tour. Kio was an excellent guide. We saw plenty of places and Kio had so much information about the history and culture. She also spaced out the stops really well with breaks in the shade and at a really cool cafe.

You explained even the finer details of the history. The materials were easy to understand, and your service was very attentive.

Thomas was very knowledgeable, highly engaging and spoke fluent English. We got a much better sense of Saigon/Ho Chi Minh than we did last time we visited. Highly recommend!

It’s a MUST. What Joseph creates is not just an experience, it feels like stepping into a small, beautiful piece of Vietnamese life. The way he opens his home, shares his story, his neighbourhood, and his love for coffee makes everything feel warm, personal, and real. For a little while, it honestly feels like you’re living inside the best little café in the world. Very special.

Tan was a very professional and engaging tour guide. Not only did provide safe travel on the tour bike, but he extended himself to explain each of the sights we visited. An additional bonus was his interest in learning my perspective (personal and American) perspective on religious, political and cultural aspects. We had a very thoughtful discussion at the many sights.

No trip to Vietnam should go without a coffee making class. And Joseph's class is the best! He was thoroughly organized, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. He made it so much fun to learn the intricasies of coffee making.

Good insight into the history although it is complex and confusing to follow 😅. Insights into some cool hangouts in the city as well.
