Richmond Upon Thames Wellbeing Walks

The tour lasts 2 hours

Description

Hello life explorers, my name is Andrew.

I am an artistic spiritual entrepreneur who enjoys connecting with soulful people and nature. I have traveled a lot solo in my life and, therefore, fully value what it means to be a traveler.

Like any great city, London can be incredibly exciting, but also stressful. So if you're looking for a gentle, therapeutic, and pleasant walking alternative that rejuvenates your mind, body and soul while enjoying the picturesque village and green spaces of Richmond upon Thames, this is your walk.

I am fortunate to live in one of the most beautiful areas of Greater London, Richmond upon Thames. It not only offers incredible natural spaces, like the famous Richmond Park, with its magnificent red and fallow deer, but also a great historical wealth: royalty, music, art, and numerous film locations.

My suggestion is that you spend the morning with me exploring the natural beauty of Richmond and then enjoy lunch at one of the beautiful riverside cafe's or restaurants I will show you. Then if you wish you can explore the quaint shopping lanes off the high street before leaving Richmond.

My walks are a gentle combination of simple practices of mindfulness, breathing, and meditation to help reduce stress and anxiety. They allow for a greater connection and a safe sense of belonging to the world. Additionally, they create an environment of open and deep connection with oneself, others, and the surroundings.

We meet at the Little Green 2min walk from Richmond Train station. Head to the Thames river where we walk along till we head up the hill to "Turners View" and then into Richmond Park for a short time before heading back to town via Petersham Meadows. Ending at Tide Tables cafe and/or the station.

I am passionate about creating global communities where we can not only appreciate our commonalities but also learn and grow from our diversities.

I look forward to meeting you and making global friendships.
